The principals in this corporation are Cynthia and Hugh McNair. This team has been working together for 28 years. Hugh has worked in design and construction of commercial / industrial projects for 38 years. Cynthia has worked in professional healthcare administration for 18 years. Both have accumulated many successful years as managers in large and small business environments. Hugh’s accomplishments include several high-profile commercial buildings, mostly headquarter facilities for world-class corporations, and several years of housing development experience. The McNairs’ have had serious monetary commitments in hangar buildings and homes in the McCall area since 1992. Earlier visits begin in 1980 while working with Morrison Knudsen Corporation and living in faraway locations in the US and Alaska. Only sparse visits were possible until 1997.

McCall City approvals for The Savannah Ridge Cabins development are finally in place. The first house is complete establishing quality, price and class of the new neighborhood. Five lots were sold during 2001, the first year of major construction while building the infrastructure, 2001.
